About Zift Renovations
Specialist crews doing the work. One person managing it. That's the whole idea.
Who we are
Zift Renovations brings together more than 20 years of hands-on experience in flooring, epoxy and stone under one contractor. Our crews have spent their careers doing one trade each; Zift schedules, supervises and inspects, so you have one contact from quote to walkthrough.
We're based in Burr Ridge and work across Chicagoland. Most of our jobs come from a homeowner who recommended us.
How we work
- Written, line-item quote before work starts
- Same contact from quote to walkthrough
- Change orders approved in writing
- Licensed and insured in Illinois, proof on request
- Final walkthrough and punch list before the last payment
